I think I'm a pretty confident person and I think I've always been. But of course sometimes I don't feel perfect and believing myself most of time. But I think that's the most important thing to work on to feel confident in yourself and be the best version of yourself.
I don't really know how to get confidence maybe say good things about yourself, try not to compare with everyone. That's probably hard but that's the most important thing to work on.
I would say the key thing for you is so you don't think too much, you don't worry and like you don'te care that much.
That's my personality
But it's a good strategy I think.
Could you give us your best advice on hot to be more confident?
I told you guys some in the beginning nut I would say do not compare with anyone else, believe in yourself, work on loving yourself and .... what else can I say... don't worry like it's life have fun and smile.
Don't worry too much and just enjoy it you're only living once.

How do you deal with being well-known?
I would say that like two years ago I wasn't really that well-known had a lot of followers but we could walk around town and no one would notice or maybe one or two photos that changed since youtube and sometimes it's really tough and hard like when you're home and people are sitting in front of your balcony and stare at you can't go out bevause people are screaming at you go like it at all to be honest.
But most of the time it's amazing and I have friends everywhere it feels like I don't think about me as well-known.
Ho do you organize your agenda to have time to do everything?
That's my new year's resolution I do not have a good plan for my agenda or my calendar whatever and I don't really plan that well to be honest I've traveling too much I've been feeling very tired lately
so that's a new goal for next year

How do you stay in shape with trainin and food?
I tried to eat healthy all the time or most of the time not all the time. I love healthy food like salads and super berries superfood, acai bowls, everything but I've been slacking on working out when we traveled the most. I can feels it in my body nowadays when I was 3 years ago I couldn't feel any difference but nowadays I can really feel the difference so I tried to eat smart and workout for me it's important to have a schedule like you have to work out on Mondays, wednesdays ... then I will follow it but if I don't work out
I wonder is you ever have some body issues in that case how do you boost yourself?
I think we all do especially with social media and averything. I don't have it of most of the time but sometimes I can think like I wish I had a bigger ass or more toned stomach or whatever and especially a certain period of the month
I just tried to think that this is my body I'm healthy I can do whatever I want
and try not to think about it
but of course sometimes I think about it
and it's no fun so I just try not to think about it
But from an outside perspective you have a very healthy outlook on training food and everything

Do you have specific fitness goals or just going only unhealthy lifestyle?
I don't have specific goals I just like to be healthy and I know if I workout I will feel energized and I will feel good inside and outside it gives me so much more energy like in the morning if I don't go for my morning walk I will have a slow morning I would be tired I would not have the energy to open up my emails.
But if I go for a walk that gives me energy so it's more because of that and not because of a goal
I have my goal is to have a healthy lifestyle
