Para Toledo e Segovia, pegamos o trem das 9 da manhã e voltamos em um trem da tarde, como por volta das 4 da tarde, então estávamos de volta a Madri para o jantar. Isso nos deu bastante tempo para explorar ambas as cidades.	For both Toledo and Segovia, we took the 9 AM train, and came back on an afternoon train, like around 4 PM, so we were back in Madrid for dinner. That gave us plenty of time to explore both cites.

Here is the gate you will enter. This was a beautiful archway near the Alcázar de Toledo. Love wandering the streets of Toledo! Definitely visit the Toledo Cathedral. The inside is amazing! Can you even believe this altarpiece?

Ei pessoal! Acabei de chegar em casa de New Orleans. Meu voo de ontem atrasou algumas horas e perdi meu voo de conexão de volta para casa. Felizmente eles puderam me reservar em um vôo posterior assim eu pudesse chegar em casa no mesmo dia. Infelizmente, eu não voltei até quase meia-noite ontem à noite, e depois de uma semana de sol, frutos do mar e ficando acordada até tarde, eu estava pronto para dormir!	Hey guys! I just got home from New Orleans. My flight out yesterday was delayed a few hours, and I missed my connecting flight back home. Fortunately they were able to book me on a later flight so I could get home the same day. Unfortunately, I didn’t get back until almost midnight last night, and after a week of sun, seafood, and staying up way too late, I was ready to crash out!

I fully intended to share a few more New Orleans photos with you, but until I can keep my eyes open long enough to get them off my memory card, here’s one I just couldn’t wait to post. On Wednesday we went deep sea fishing off the Louisiana coast, and look at the size of this red snapper I caught! I actually caught two red snapper and one mangrove snapper for the day. But more on that very soon!

Segovia é famosa por ter um dos aquedutos romanos mais bem preservados.	Segovia is famous for having one of the best-preserved elevated Roman aqueducts.
É de tirar o fôlego ver pessoalmente. A vista do castelo de Segóvia é incrível! Sério não poderia superar a catedral de Segóvia, localizada na praça principal. O interior era tão impressionante. Adorei esses vitrais altos. Segovia é uma ótima opção para uma viagem de um dia a partir de Madrid!	It is breathtaking to see in person. The view from Segovia castle is amazing! Seriously could not get over the cathedral of Segovia, located in the main square. The inside was just as stunning. Loved these high stained glass windows. Segovia is a great option for a day trip from Madrid!

Enjoy the panoramic splendour of Lake Louise surrounded by snow-capped mountains. There’s a paved hiking trail around the lake leading straight from the hotel.

We were there on the yuckiest, grayest, cloudiest day ever… and it still is beutiful. Can you imagine this place on a sunny day??! Yes, the water really is that color!!!

Sério não pode superar essa água !!! Eu nunca vi nada assim.	Seriously cannot get over that water!!! I have never seen anything like it.

Nós tivemos sorte o suficiente para ser capaz de experimentar dois dos restaurantes no Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. O primeiro foi Poppy Brasserie no café da manhã. Para o café da manhã há um buffet com uma grande variedade de opções. Você pode encomendar fora do menu, bem, mas quase tudo no menu também é no buffet, então você pode muito bem obter o buffet e experimentar um de tudo! ;)	We were lucky enough to be able to try two of the restaurants at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. The first was Poppy Brasserie for breakfast. For breakfast there is a buffet with a wide variety of options. You can order off the menu as well, but most everything on the menu is also on the buffet, so you might as well get the buffet and try one of everything! ;)
O fondue suíço é obrigatório!	The Swiss Fondue is a must!
Seriamente caiu no amor com o lago Louise.	Seriously fell in love with Lake Louise.

Calgary é uma cidade linda! Aqui estão algumas coisas divertidas para ver e fazer na cidade. Dê um passeio pela Ilha de St. Patrick e termine na Ponte da Paz para o pôr do sol. Aqui está a vista do topo. Há também uma seção do piso que é de vidro se você for corajoso o suficiente !! ;)	Calgary is a beautiful city! Here are some fun things to see and do around town. Take a walk around St. Patrick’s Island and end up at the Peace Bridge for sunset. Here’s the view from the top. There’s also a section of the floor that’s glass bottom if you’re brave enough!! ;)
Stephen Avenue é outro local divertido em Calgary. É uma rua de pedestres repleta de lojas e restaurantes divertidos. Sério amei tudo sobre a nossa estadia no Westin Calgary. Esta cama era verdadeiramente celestial! Os quartos são luminosos e espaçosos, com muito espaço para se espalhar.	Stephen Avenue is another fun spot in Calgary. It’s a pedestrian street filled with fun shops and restaurants. Seriously loved everything about our stay at the Westin Calgary. This bed was truly heavenly! The rooms are bright and spacious with plenty of room to spread out.
Adorei essa visão! O Westin fica no centro e a uma curta caminhada de tudo. A localização perfeita. Se você estiver indo para Banff e Lake Louise, o aeroporto mais próximo é aqui em Calgary, então talvez você queira planejar passar a noite aqui antes do seu voo - apenas por precaução. Reserve algumas noites no Westin e aproveite esta incrível cidade e toda a sua comida fabulosa !!	Loved this view! The Westin is downtown and within walking distance to everything. The perfect location. If you’re going to Banff and Lake Louise, the nearest airport is here in Calgary so you may want to plan to spend the night here before your flight — just in case. Book a couple nights at the Westin and enjoy this amazing city and all of its fabulous food!!
